Himstar Dashain Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Period: 
This Dashain offer is valid from 8th Asoj 2081 to 22nd Kartik 2081. All purchases made during this period will be eligible for the Dashain offer. 

2. Eligibility: 
o   The offer is applicable to customers who purchase Himstar products from authorized Himstar dealers during the offer period. 
o   Customers must retain their original purchase invoice and proof of payment for claim validation. 

3. Sure-shot Cashback: 
o   Customers will receive guaranteed cashback on selected products during the purchase. 
o   The cashback amount varies depending on the product purchased. Please refer to the specific cashback amount available at the store or our website. 

4. Sure-shot Gift Items: 
o   Customers purchasing selected products will receive a sure-shot gift item at the time of purchase. 
o   The type of gift item will be based on the product purchased and availability at the point of sale. Himstar reserves the right to replace the gift with an item of equivalent value if stock runs out. 

5. Bumper Prize - Weekly Himstar 1-ton AC Giveaway: 
o   One Himstar 1-ton AC will be awarded as a weekly bumper prize during the offer period. 
o   To be eligible for the bumper prize lucky draw, customers must send an SMS in the following format: himstar dealer's name (e.g. himstar switchon retail pvt. Ltd. 
The SMS should be sent to 31003.
o   Only customers who send the SMS in the correct format to the specified number will be considered for the weekly lucky draw. 
o   Winners will be selected through a lucky draw scheduled on 21st Asoj, 28th Asoj, 5th Kartik, 12th Kartik & 26th Kartik 2081 from all eligible customers who sent the SMS during the corresponding week. 
o   Winners will be notified via phone. If the winner cannot be reached within 15 days, Himstar reserves the right to select another winner. 
o   The bumper prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. 

6. Claim Process:

8. Dispute Resolution: 
Any disputes arising from this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
